weekend (mothers day)

Well Happy Late Mothers day to all the moms. Well my weekend started on Saturday with work. Which I don't mind because I like my job it can be boring at times but its fun. I worked from 10am till 2pm my boss said go early as a mothers day gift. LOL Anyways Saturday was May 10th and in the Mexico Every 10th if May is mothers day and we a Mexicans  celebrate mothers day that day instead of the date they set here. Well during work my family called and said happy mothers day which was a little embarrassing with my boss, he asked why was I getting so many calls if everything was ok.Then I explained that for us its mothers day and he said that was interesting.

When I got home my kids and husband were waiting for me with roses and dinner (*chipotle*) my favorite. We ate dinner and played games. We decided to play soccer bad idea because where we live there is barely any yard and when my husband kicked the ball towards the goalie I said I got it and the ball hit me in the face. It hurt so bad I almost cried but I hold it in so my kids wont get scared. But I saw that it stared getting purple which sucks because now I'm walking around with a purple lip so unlucky.  :(

Sunday the mothers days day here was fun to. ( I had two days of mothers day) We decided to make tamales which is a lot of work but fun at the same time. We had a little mothers day party and ate cake which was so good. I was just so happy to spend mothers day with my mommy that I love and don't know what I would do with out her. I gave her flowers and my kids made her cards which she loved. I feel that weekends are getting shorter.
